The SMAI WKF Shin Instep has been manufactured to exact World Karate Federation specifications. They have been approved for use in official continental tournaments and international WKF Sanctioned events without restriction.
The instep is shock absorbent, making it ideal for the dynamic sport of Karate. With full shin, instep and toe coverage along with added protection on the heel, the SMAI Shin Instep offers complete protection. Featuring a removable instep that connects quickly and easily with a hidden Velcro tab.

Karate body protector is made of 15 mm EVA sponge and the front and back parts are made of white artificial leather. For the athlete’s comfortable use, the front is made of 5 pieces and the sides are made of 3 pieces. With a 6 cm elastic cross at the back and a binding device, openings are prevented during the competition. The product is suitable for athletes aged 14 and under.
