Smai – Protective Equipment – Shin/Instep protection

This shin-step protection protects the tibia from impacts which may occur during the course of the bout. The inner component is made of rubber and has a specific density and dimensions to ensure its correct use as well as to avoid interfering with the competitor´s movements.

This body protector provides protection without adding excessive weight. The inner mesh lining reduces sweat and heat, while the elastic straps on the back keep it securely in place. This body protector is approved by the World Karate Federation.

Shin guards are produced from a special single piece of sponge, according to WKF standards and with the lower and upper skin covered with artificial leather in the same color, so that they can be distinguished separately for the right and left shin bones. The shin guards are covered with 4 cm velcro and artificial leather on the upper and lower sides. It is ensured that it fits perfectly on the leg with elastic in the same color as the leather and 2.5 cm elastic on the back. Velcro is used at the bottom of the shin protector to connect it to the foot protector.

The Woman’s Chest Protector from Punok has a ultra-light manufacture and comes with an inlaid sports bra, which makes it very comfortable to wear and secure. Approved by the WKF.

Karate body protector is made of 10 mm shock absorbing sponge. Comfortable use of the athlete is ensured by using a white polyester sub-laminated mesh on the sponge. The product is of WKF standard and quality. With 6 cm elastic and velcro on the back, openings are prevented during the competition.
